Founders Dan and Missy Lorenz have been active members of the Catholic Church their entire lives. For over a decade, Dan and Missy have built Joe Knows Energy, a company serving the oil, gas, and utilities industry. Joe Knows Energy uses a unique combination of personalized coaching and consulting services with proprietary software and algorithms to staff important quality assurance roles, elevate culture, and improve safety.

Leveraging this experience in the private sector building a company that successfully matches top talent with critical technical roles, they were called to use this model to support the church. This is how Realize Your Calling was created. Years of modeling best practices in staffing various roles in commercial opportunities has been applied to this faith-based application to encourage others to apply their unique combinations of life experiences, skills, spiritual gifts to serve God in the world.
